I loved everything about the course! I looked forward to Sunday mornings so I could complete the lessons. I loved hearing from everyone else in the group and having a space to open up about our vulnerabilities without fear of judgment. The coaching calls were all so great! There's a huge difference in my thoughts about my body from before and after—I can't wait to see how my relationship with my body continues to improve even in the next six weeks!

Weekly coaching calls with Kara take place each Monday at 6 p.m. E.T. and each Thursday at 4:30 p.m. E.T. during the six week course.
Except for Monday April 26's call, which will take place on Thursday April 29 at 6 p.m. E.T.
You can attend one or both to double your learning - and you will have access to the call recordings forever so there's no rush if you can't attend live!
You will also have the option to attend up to two discussion sections each week with expert body image coaches!
